Job Description
The employer is seeking a motivated and experienced Real Estate Agent.
The role requires a minimum of two years of experience in the UAE real estate market.
The role focuses on lead generation, property transactions, viewings, and achieving sales and rental targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate and follow up on leads through various channels.
- Assist clients in buying, selling, and renting properties.
- Conduct property viewings and provide accurate property information.
- Negotiate offers and assist with closing deals.
- Maintain current knowledge of the local real estate market.
- Prepare and maintain property listings and client records.
- Coordinate with landlords, buyers, tenants, and other stakeholders.
- Follow company policies and UAE real estate regulations.
Requirements
- Minimum two years of experience as a Real Estate Agent in the UAE.
- Strong knowledge of the UAE real estate market.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Proven ability to generate leads and close deals.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and professional.
