Information Technology Specialist

Role Overview

Key Responsibilities

• Provide technical support to employees for hardware, software, and system-related issues.
• Install, configure, and maintain computers, printers, and other IT equipment.
• Troubleshoot Windows, Microsoft Office, network, and software issues.
• Manage user accounts, access permissions, and system settings.
• Maintain and update company IT systems and equipment.
• Provide support and basic administration for the company CRM system.
• Monitor CRM data accuracy and ensure records are properly maintained.
• Prepare CRM reports and assist management with data-related requests.
• Maintain IT and CRM documentation and records.
• Ensure IT security and data protection procedures are followed.
• Respond to service requests and support reliable technology operations.
• Collaborate with project and office teams to improve customer communication and service processes.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience in IT support or a similar position.
• Good knowledge of Windows, Microsoft Office, and basic networking.
• Experience troubleshooting hardware and software issues.
• Customer service skills to support users, manage CRM tools, and maintain positive relationships.
• Experience with CRM platforms, construction or contracting industry systems, and basic database or reporting tools is an advantage.
• Clear English communication and effective collaboration with multidisciplinary teams are required.
• Arabic language ability is a plus.
• A diploma or degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field is preferred.

Compensation

• Pay is AED 2,000 to AED 2,500 per month.
• Salary will be discussed during the interview.

Workplace

• Work location is in person in Abu Dhabi.
