Information Technology Specialist / Customer Relationship Management

Job Description

Key Responsibilities

• Provide technical support for hardware, software, and system-related issues.
• Install, configure, and maintain computers, printers, and other IT equipment.
• Troubleshoot Windows, Microsoft Office, network, and software issues.
• Manage user accounts, access permissions, and system settings.
• Maintain and update company IT systems and equipment.
• Provide support and basic administration for the company CRM system.
• Monitor CRM data accuracy and maintain complete records.
• Prepare CRM reports and support management data requests.
• Maintain IT and CRM documentation and records.
• Ensure IT security and data protection procedures are followed.

Requirements

• Minimum two years of experience in IT support or a similar position.
• Good knowledge of Windows, Microsoft Office, and basic networking.
• Experience troubleshooting hardware and software issues.
• Customer service skills and the ability to maintain positive client and stakeholder relationships.
• Ability to work in Abu Dhabi, communicate clearly in English, and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams.
• CRM platform, construction or contracting systems, and database or reporting tool experience is an advantage.
• A relevant Information Technology, Computer Science, or related diploma or degree is preferred.
• Arabic language skills are a plus.

Compensation

• Pay is AED 2,000-AED 2,500 per month.
