Role Overview
Rawayie albina for general contracting is seeking a motivated and experienced Real Estate Agent.
The role focuses on lead generation, property transactions, viewings, negotiations, and achieving sales and rental targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate and follow up on leads through various channels.
- Assist clients in buying, selling, and renting properties.
- Conduct property viewings and provide accurate property information.
- Negotiate offers and assist with closing deals.
- Maintain current knowledge of the local real estate market.
- Prepare and maintain property listings and client records.
- Coordinate with landlords, buyers, tenants, and other stakeholders.
- Follow company policies and UAE real estate regulations.
Requirements
- At least two years of experience as a Real Estate Agent in the UAE is required.
- Strong knowledge of the UAE real estate market is required.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills are required.
- Proven ability to generate leads and close deals is required.
- The candidate should be self-motivated, target-oriented, and professional.
- Good customer service and interpersonal skills are required.
- Knowledge of Arabic is an advantage.
Compensation
- Salary is stated as discussed during the interview, and pay is also listed as AED 2,000 to AED 2,500 per month.
Workplace
- The work location is in person.
Employment
- The position is full-time.
