Job Description
The employer is seeking a motivated and experienced Real Estate Agent with a minimum of two years of experience in the UAE real estate market.
The role covers lead generation, client assistance with property transactions, property viewings, and achievement of sales and rental targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate and follow up on leads through various channels.
- Assist clients in buying, selling, and renting properties.
- Conduct property viewings and provide clients with accurate property information.
- Negotiate offers and assist with closing deals.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the local real estate market.
- Prepare and maintain property listings and client records.
- Coordinate with landlords, buyers, tenants, and other stakeholders.
- Follow company policies and UAE real estate regulations.
Requirements
- At least two years of experience as a Real Estate Agent in the UAE is required.
- Strong knowledge of the UAE real estate market is required.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills are required.
- Proven ability to generate leads and close deals is required.
- The candidate should be self-motivated, target-oriented, and professional.
- Good customer service and interpersonal skills are required.
- Knowledge of Arabic is an advantage.
Compensation
- The posting states that salary will be discussed during the interview.
- Pay is listed as AED 2,000 to AED 2,500 per month.
