Join a boutique Dubai real estate agency building a small team of agents.
The agency welcomes experienced agents and people entering Dubai real estate for the first time.
Candidate Profile
- Candidates should be ambitious, coachable, confident with people, and willing to put in the work.
- Previous real estate experience is not required.
- A large social media following is not required.
- Experienced agents are welcome, but the agency is also open to first-time Dubai real estate candidates.
Role Activities
- Receive training on prospecting, client conversations, negotiations, and deal strategy.
- Support client meetings and property viewings with manager assistance when needed.
- Build trust and rapport with clients and work toward higher-level real estate sales.
- Develop an individual presence in the market with support from the agency.
Training and Support
- Receive direct, individual training rather than being left to start calling without guidance.
- Managers can attend viewings or client meetings to provide support.
- The agency provides marketing resources to help develop agents' personal market presence.
Compensation and Recognition
- Commission structure provides an opportunity to earn up to 70% based on performance.
- Top performers receive quarterly performance prizes alongside commissions.
