The Real Estate Agent role is a full-time hybrid position based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates, with flexibility.
The agent will manage listings, conduct viewings, guide clients through property transactions, and contribute to business development.
Responsibilities
- Manage property listings and conduct property viewings.
- Guide clients through buying, selling, and leasing processes.
- Maintain knowledge of local market trends and perform property valuations.
- Prepare documentation and contracts for transactions.
- Provide responsive client service and negotiate offers.
- Coordinate with developers and other stakeholders to support transparent transactions.
- Nurture relationships, generate leads, and support luxury-property marketing initiatives.
Qualifications
- Hold a valid real estate license and understand real property regulations and practices.
- Have demonstrated experience in residential or luxury real estate transactions.
- Have strong sales skills and a record of meeting or exceeding targets.
- Have strong communication and negotiation skills in English.
- Be proficient with digital tools and CRM systems for leads and property data.
- Be able to work independently, manage time effectively, and collaborate with a diverse team.
Preferred Knowledge
- Additional languages are advantageous.
- Knowledge of the Dubai secondary and off-plan real estate market and relevant legal frameworks is highly beneficial.
