Connbridge Real Estate, founded in 2024, is rapidly emerging as a key player in Dubai’s luxury real estate market.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong Consulting and Real Estate skills, with proven knowledge of secondary market transactions in Dubai.
- Candidates should possess excellent Communication and Customer Service skills to build trust, manage client expectations, and provide a high-quality experience.
- Candidates should possess solid Sales skills, including lead generation, negotiation, and closing deals in a competitive market.
- Relevant qualifications such as a real estate license or certification in the UAE, and prior experience in Dubai’s property market, are highly beneficial.
- Additional skills such as proficiency with CRM tools, strong analytical abilities, fluency in English (and other languages is a plus), and the ability to work independently and within a team are preferred.
- Having your own listings is a big plus for you to have a good salary.
Responsibilities
- Manage client relationships, generate leads, and close deals in a competitive market
- Build trust, manage client expectations, and provide a high-quality experience
