Responsibilities

• Create social media posts, short-form videos, property features, blog articles, and marketing materials for the Dubai real estate market.
• Collaborate with agents and marketing colleagues to gather property information.
• Conduct basic market research to inform content topics.
• Ensure brand consistency across all platforms.
• Support campaign planning, optimize digital content, and track performance insights.

Qualifications

• Strong digital content creation, copywriting, storytelling, and property or lifestyle narrative skills are required.
• Hands-on social media experience, including planning, posting, and engagement practices, is required.
• The candidate must be able to create and edit short-form video, reels, and simple graphics.
• Market research skills and understanding of luxury real estate audiences are required.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills are required.
• Additional languages relevant to Dubai’s market are advantageous.
• Dubai real estate, property marketing, or related industry experience is highly beneficial.
• Organization, attention to detail, deadline management, and collaboration skills are required.
• Education or training in Marketing, Communications, Media, Real Estate, or a related field is preferred.
