Role Overview
Real Estate Masters is seeking motivated, results-driven real estate agents for its Abu Dhabi branch.
The role supports clients with buying, selling, and renting properties while building relationships and achieving individual and team sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate and follow up with potential buyers, sellers, landlords, and tenants.
- Understand client property requirements and recommend suitable options.
- Conduct property viewings, presentations, and client meetings.
- Promote properties through calls, networking, social media, and company platforms.
- Maintain accurate client and lead information in the company CRM.
- Negotiate offers and support clients throughout the transaction process.
- Stay updated on Abu Dhabi property projects, prices, regulations, and trends.
- Build relationships with clients, developers, and property owners.
- Prepare required transaction documents and achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Follow company policies, CRM procedures, and professional conduct standards.
Requirements
- Previous UAE real estate sales experience is preferred.
- Knowledge of the Abu Dhabi real estate market is an advantage.
- Excellent English communication and negotiation skills are required.
- Additional languages, particularly Arabic, are advantageous.
- Strong sales, networking, and customer-service abilities are required.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Comfort using CRM systems, property portals, and social media.
- A UAE driving licence and own car are preferred.
- Candidates must be based in the UAE and available to join within two weeks.
