Real Estate Masters is hiring a Turkish-speaking Property Consultant for its Dubai sales team.
The role assists Turkish-speaking and international clients with purchasing and investing in Dubai properties.
Key Responsibilities
- Build relationships with Turkish-speaking and international property investors.
- Generate leads through calls, referrals, networking, and social media.
- Assess investment requirements and recommend suitable properties.
- Present off-plan and ready properties and conduct meetings, viewings, and presentations.
- Follow up with leads and maintain accurate CRM records.
- Negotiate offers and guide clients through the property purchase process.
- Keep current knowledge of Dubai projects, developers, prices, and market trends.
- Meet monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Represent the company at exhibitions, events, stands, and international roadshows.
Requirements
- Fluency in Turkish is mandatory.
- Good command of English is required.
- Previous real estate or sales experience is preferred.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and closing skills are required.
- Knowledge of the Dubai real estate market is advantageous.
- Professional appearance and a customer-focused attitude are expected.
- Comfort using CRM systems, social media, and digital communication platforms is required.
