Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering or Civil Engineering
- 10+ years of experience in design engineering with proven success leading multi disciplinary projects
- Demonstrated expertise in project controls (scheduling, budgeting, and risk management)
- Recognized as an expert in engineering disciplines related to the field
- In depth knowledge of compliance and safety standards in engineering projects
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
- Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt (optional)

Mission
- The Senior Project Engineer leads the technical execution of the most complex and high value projects, ensuring that all technical aspects are seamlessly integrated to meet project requirements.
Key Accountabilities
- Lead the technical feasibility assessment for complex proposals.
- Oversee technical delivery, ensuring alignment with content quality and adherence to milestones.
- Manage and resolve complex technical issues.
- Guide the engineering team in technical task allocation, performance monitoring, and support.
- Establish and enforce advanced quality control protocols.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant technical regulations, industry standards, and safety protocols.
- Ensure that comprehensive technical documentation is maintained and validated for accuracy.
- Mentor and develop junior and project engineers.
- Facilitate effective communication among technical teams, project management, and stakeholders.
- Identify and implement innovative solutions for process improvement.
- Proactively identify technical risks within projects and develop mitigation strategies.
Education
- Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering or Civil Engineering
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in design engineering with proven success leading multi disciplinary projects.
- Demonstrated expertise in project controls (scheduling, budgeting, and risk management).
- Recognized as an expert in engineering disciplines related to the field.
- Applies a deep understanding of project management methodologies, scheduling, and budgeting.
- Expertise in quality control and assurance processes.
- In depth knowledge of compliance and safety standards in engineering projects.
- Demonstrated ability to manage technical aspects of high value and large scale projects.
- Extensive knowledge of industry regulations, standards, and best practices.
- Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt (optional).
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
- Proven ability to develop risk mitigation strategies and manage technical risks.
