Mission
- The Principal Mechanical Engineering Consultant, specialising in Rotating and Static Machines, serves as the foremost authority in the field of machinery diagnostics, reliability engineering, and asset management.
Key Accountabilities
- Implement the strategic direction and long term vision for the Rotating and Static Machines consultancy practice
- Lead the development of innovative service offerings, methodologies, and technological solutions
- Champion a culture of excellence, innovation, and continuous improvement
- Serve as a recognized thought leader and subject matter expert
- Establish and maintain strategic partnerships with key industry stakeholders
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with existing clients
- Identify opportunities for business expansion, client diversification, and market penetration
- Provide expert guidance and technical oversight on complex machinery diagnostics, condition assessments, and reliability engineering projects
- Mentor and coach junior and senior consultants
- Drive business development efforts, including proposal development, client presentations, and contract negotiations
- Monitor industry trends, competitive landscape, and client feedback
