- Implement the strategic direction and long term vision for the Rotating and Static Machines consultancy practice
- Lead the development of innovative service offerings, methodologies, and technological solutions
- Champion a culture of excellence, innovation, and continuous improvement
- Serve as a recognized thought leader and subject matter expert in rotating and static machinery
- Establish and maintain strategic partnerships with key industry stakeholders
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with existing clients as a trusted advisor
- Identify opportunities for business expansion and market penetration
- Provide expert guidance and technical oversight on complex machinery diagnostics and reliability engineering projects
- Mentor and coach junior and senior consultants
- Drive business development efforts including proposal development, client presentations, and contract negotiations
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering or Engineering General
- Extensive 10+ years experience in leading and managing complex projects and teams in the field of rotating and static machinery in industrial settings
- Demonstrated thought leadership and industry recognition through publications, presentations, and participation in professional societies and technical committees
- Strong business acumen and proven ability to develop and execute strategic plans, drive business growth, and achieve financial targets
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire, influence, and collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders

- The Principal Mechanical Engineering Consultant, specialising in Rotating and Static Machines, serves as the foremost authority in the field of machinery diagnostics, reliability engineering, and asset management.

Key Accountabilities
