Misogi Partners is recruiting a Quantity Surveyor Team Leader for a leading main contractor.
The role supports a large-scale premium villa development project in Dubai.
The position leads the quantity surveying function and acts as the commercial anchor on site.
Core Responsibilities
- Lead the quantity surveying function across the project.
- Manage bills of quantities, variations, subcontractor accounts, interim payments, and final accounts.
- Act as the commercial anchor on site.
Required Experience
- 8-12 years of quantity surveying experience.
- At least four years of experience in the UAE.
- Strong villa or residential construction background.
- Experience with BOQs, variations, subcontractor accounts, and client accounts.
- Main contractor experience is required.
Education
- Bachelor of Engineering or Bachelor of Technology in Civil Engineering, or a quantity surveying degree.
