Role Overview
Misogi Partners is hiring a Substation Commissioning Manager for major grid infrastructure delivery in the UAE.
The role supports power transmission and distribution projects involving EHV/HV substations.
What You Will Own
- Own end-to-end testing and commissioning from pre-commissioning through energization and handover.
- Develop the commissioning strategy for EHV/HV substation delivery.
- Lead FAT, SAT, protection verification, SCADA verification, utility approvals, and safe energization.
Candidate Requirements
- B.E. or B.Tech in Electrical Engineering.
- 12 to 15 or more years of substation testing and commissioning experience.
- Middle East experience is mandatory.
- Experience commissioning multiple EHV substations rated at 132 kV and above.
- Expertise in protection relays, IEC 61850 automation, and SCADA.
- Hands-on experience with Omicron, Megger, or Doble test equipment.
- Utility approvals experience with TRANSCO, DEWA, SEWA, or SEC is highly preferred.

- The role is based in the UAE.
