Role Overview
A leading main contractor is hiring an MEP Manager for a large-scale premium villa development project in Dubai.
The role leads the full MEP scope across design coordination, subcontractor management, installation, testing and commissioning, and authority approvals.
Responsibilities
- Lead MEP delivery across the project.
- Coordinate MEP design activities.
- Manage MEP subcontractors.
- Oversee installation works.
- Manage testing and commissioning.
- Coordinate DEWA and civil defence authority approvals.
- Ensure quality delivery across mechanical, electrical, and plumbing works.
Required Experience and Qualifications
- Ten to fifteen years of MEP delivery experience with a main contractor.
- At least five years of experience in the UAE.
- Strong villa or residential construction background.
- Experience with HVAC, electrical, plumbing, firefighting, and drainage systems.
- Proven experience in MEP subcontractor coordination, testing and commissioning, and DEWA or civil defence approvals.
- B.E. degree in Mechanical Engineering or Electrical Engineering.
