Role Overview
QA/QC Inspectors are sought for a large-scale premium villa development project with a leading main contractor.
The role is responsible for driving construction quality on site and ensuring villas are delivered to specification and standard.
Role Responsibilities
- Conduct site inspections for villa and residential construction work.
- Manage ITPs, WIRs, MIRs, material approvals, and NCRs.
- Coordinate quality matters with consultants and clients.
- Ensure completed villa works meet required specifications and standards.
Required Qualifications and Experience
- Two to five years of QA/QC experience with a main contractor.
- UAE experience is mandatory.
- Villa or residential construction background covering site inspections, ITPs, WIRs, MIRs, NCRs, and material approvals.
- B.E., B.Tech, or Diploma in Civil Engineering.
