Role Overview
A contractor is hiring an Electrical Engineer for a large-scale luxury villa community in Dubai.
The role is site-based and covers electrical and ELV delivery across the villas.
Scope of Work
- Own the LV and ELV scope across the villas.
- Deliver MDBs, lighting, containment, earthing, smart-home automation, structured cabling, CCTV, access control, and fire alarm systems.
- Manage delivery from shop drawings through installation, DEWA connections, testing and commissioning, and handover.
Candidate Requirements
- 8–12 years of experience in electrical building services with a main contractor or major MEP contractor.
- At least 4 years of UAE experience is mandatory.
- Hands-on delivery of LV distribution, lighting, and ELV installations in villas or residential communities.
- Working knowledge of DEWA, Dubai Civil Defence, and telecom authority approvals.
- AutoCAD and Dialux experience required.
- Revit/BIM experience is advantageous.
