Seeking an experienced Quantity Surveyor for pre- and post-contract commercial work in luxury retail interior fit-out.

Key Responsibilities
- Prepare BOQs, quantity take-offs, cost estimates, and tender pricing.
- Review drawings, specifications, and tender documents.
- Evaluate subcontractor and supplier quotations and support procurement decisions.
- Monitor budgets, commitments, costs, and commercial performance.
- Manage variations, claims, valuations, payment applications, and final accounts.
- Coordinate with project, production, site, procurement, design, and finance teams.
- Maintain commercial records and monitor material and labour costs.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience as a Quantity Surveyor, preferably within the UAE.
- Proven luxury retail interior fit-out or high-end interior project experience.
- Strong knowledge of joinery, metal works, glass, stone, finishes, and bespoke fit-out works.
- Excellent knowledge of BOQs, estimation, variations, claims, valuations, and final accounts.
- Ability to interpret architectural, interior, and shop drawings.
- Good knowledge of UAE construction and fit-out market rates.
- Strong analytical, negotiation, communication, and commercial skills.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel and relevant QS or estimation software knowledge.
- Ability to meet tight project and tender deadlines.
- A UAE driving licence is an advantage.
Preferred Experience
- Experience with luxury retail stores, flagship outlets, high-end commercial interiors, branded retail projects, or bespoke fit-out projects is highly preferred.
