- Prepare pre contract documents including Preliminary Estimating, Cost Planning, Bill of Quantities, and Tender Documents
- Evaluate post contract documents such as Interim Valuations, Final Accounts, and Claims Management
- Provide advice on commercial and contract matters, review and draft contract correspondences
- Perform quantity take offs for certifying progress claims and variations
- Prepare bi weekly financial reports including project cash flow forecasts
- Monitor project progress and certify progress claims
- Assist in project management and risk management
- Evaluate variations, negotiate with contractors, and recommend outcomes
Requirements
- Experience in pre contract and post contract quantity surveying
- Knowledge of civil, MEP, and systems
- Ability to prepare financial reports and cash flow forecasts
- Experience in claims management and negotiation

Key Responsibilities
- Preparation of pre contract documents including Preliminary Estimating, Cost Planning, Bill of Quantities, and Tender Documents (Civil, MEP, and Systems)
- Evaluation of post contract documents such as Interim Valuations, Final Accounts, Claims Management, and Valuations
- Provide advice to project staff on commercial and contract matters, including reviewing and drafting contract correspondences
- Perform quantity take offs for certifying progress claims and variations
- Prepare bi weekly financial reports including project cash flow forecasts
- Monitor project progress in line with construction programs and certify progress claims accordingly
- Assist the Head of Civil & Landscape Section and Technical Manager in project management and risk management
- Evaluate variations, negotiate with contractors, and recommend outcomes to Section Heads and Technical Manager
