Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain detailed BIM models for architectural and interior fit out projects
- Prepare shop drawings, layouts, and construction documentation
- Coordinate with MEP and structural teams for clash detection and resolution
- Ensure models comply with project standards, specifications, and timelines
- Update and revise models based on design changes and site requirements
- Support project teams with quantity take offs and BOQ preparation when required
- Participate in coordination meetings and provide technical inputs
Requirements
- Diploma / Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field
- Minimum 3+ years of total experience, including at least 2+ years of GCC experience
- Proven experience in architectural BIM modeling and interior fit out projects
- Proficiency in Autodesk Revit is mandatory
- Experience in Navisworks for clash detection is an advantage
- Strong understanding of interior detailing and fit out execution
- Knowledge of LOD standards (preferably up to LOD 400)
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Strong coordination and communication skills

Job Overview
- RITS Qatar is seeking a skilled and detail oriented BIM Modeler (Architectural) with experience in interior fit out projects.
- The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing accurate BIM models, producing shop drawings, and coordinating with multidisciplinary teams to ensure project delivery as per client requirements.
Key Responsibilities
