Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities for BIM consulting, BIM modeling, BIM coordination, and engineering services within the GCC market
- Promote and market technical manpower supply services
- Build and maintain strong relationships with contractors, consultants, developers, and government organizations
- Generate leads through networking, cold calling, client meetings, referrals, and industry events
- Prepare presentations, technical proposals, quotations, and commercial offers
- Negotiate contract terms and close sales to achieve monthly and annual revenue targets
- Coordinate with recruitment and project delivery teams to ensure timely mobilization of manpower and successful project execution
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and upcoming construction and infrastructure projects in the GCC
- Maintain accurate sales records and update the CRM with customer interactions, opportunities, and forecasts
- Follow up on payments, contract renewals, and long term client relationships
- Represent the company at exhibitions, conferences, and business networking events

Position Overview
- Seeking a results oriented Business Development Executive to drive business growth by identifying and securing new opportunities for BIM projects and technical manpower services across the GCC region.
- Develop strong client relationships, generate qualified leads, prepare proposals, negotiate contracts, and work closely with project delivery teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities for BIM consulting, BIM modeling, BIM coordination, and engineering services within the GCC market.
- Promote and market technical manpower supply services, including BIM Modelers, BIM Coordinators, BIM Engineers, CAD Draftsmen, Architects, Structural Engineers, and MEP Engineers.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with contractors, consultants, developers, and government organizations.
- Generate leads through networking, cold calling, client meetings, referrals, and industry events.
- Prepare presentations, technical proposals, quotations, and commercial offers.
- Negotiate contract terms and close sales to achieve monthly and annual revenue targets.
