- Review and evaluate mechanical design drawings, specifications, and IFC documents
- Identify design discrepancies, clashes, and technical issues, and propose solutions
- Prepare, review, and coordinate mechanical shop drawings for submission and approval
- Prepare and submit material submittals ensuring compliance with project specifications
- Perform engineering calculations related to HVAC, plumbing, firefighting, and other mechanical systems
- Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and project teams to obtain approvals
- Prepare technical reports, method statements, and other engineering documentation
- Support procurement activities by reviewing supplier technical offers
- Assist site teams by providing technical support and resolving engineering issues
Requirements
- 8 10 years of experience in mechanical engineering
- Experience in technical office role
- Knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, and firefighting systems
- Ability to prepare and coordinate mechanical shop drawings
