Requirements

- RICS qualified (MRICS/FRICS) or equivalent professional accreditation preferred
- Minimum 5 years of experience in building consulting, property management, or construction auditing
- Strong knowledge of reserve fund studies, service charge allocation, and building assessment methodologies
- Experience in asset management, technical snagging, and lifecycle planning
- Familiarity with local regulations and industry standards
- Excellent leadership and team management skills
- Proficiency in technical reporting, data analysis, and project management

Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
- Conduct and oversee reserve fund studies for long term financial planning.

- Prepare detailed reports with recommendations for maintenance and repairs.
- Oversee technical snagging processes to identify construction defects.
- Ensure proper tagging of assets for tracking and lifecycle management.
- Manage a team of consultants, engineers, and technical staff.
- Develop work plans, assign responsibilities, and ensure timely project completion.
- Maintain strong relationships with key clients and present findings.
- Identify opportunities for business growth and contribute to service development.
- Ensure compliance with local regulations and industry standards.
- Conduct quality reviews of reports and deliverables.
Qualifications and Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Building Surveying, Facilities Management, or related field.
- RICS qualified (MRICS/FRICS) or equivalent preferred.
