About the Role
The employer is seeking a Quantity Surveyor with 2–4 years of experience.
The role supports the Estimation Team with quantity take-offs, BOQs, costing, and subcontractor evaluations.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare quantity take-offs and BOQs from drawings.
- Assist with cost estimation and tender preparation.
- Review drawings, specifications, and project requirements.
- Collect and compare subcontractor and supplier quotations.
- Assist with cost control and identify scope or quantity discrepancies.
- Coordinate with Estimation, Design, Procurement, and Project teams.
Requirements
- 2–4 years of relevant experience as a Quantity Surveyor or Estimator.
- Experience in interior fit-out or contracting is preferred.
- Good knowledge of BOQs, quantity take-offs, and costing.
- Ability to read architectural and interior drawings.
- Good Microsoft Excel skills.
- Strong attention to detail and numerical skills.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- UAE experience is preferred.

Compensation
- Pay is AED 5,000 to AED 7,000 per month.

- The work location is in person in Dubai, UAE.
