K4 Technical Services seeks a Marble Supervisor to oversee marble production, including cutting, polishing, and finishing operations. The role involves supervising a team, ensuring quality control, managing inventory, and maintaining safety compliance.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise a team of marble production workers, including machine operators, laborers, and other support staff.
- Provide direction, training, and mentorship to team members.
- Schedule shifts and ensure optimal staffing levels.
- Conduct performance evaluations and recommend training and development programs for team members.
- Oversee marble cutting, polishing, and finishing operations.
- Ensure that production is meeting established goals, timelines, and quality standards.
- Monitor the production line for efficiency, ensuring that downtime is minimized and output is maximized.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth production flow.
- Monitor and ensure that marble products meet quality standards and specifications.
- Perform quality checks on finished products and raw materials.
- Address and resolve any production quality issues promptly.
- Ensure adherence to all company policies and industry standards for product quality.
Requirements
- Experience in supervising a team of marble production workers, including machine operators, laborers, and other support staff
- Ability to oversee marble cutting, polishing, and finishing operations
- Knowledge of quality control processes and standards
- Experience in managing inventory and materials
- Ability to enforce and ensure adherence to workplace safety protocols
- Experience in maintaining and troubleshooting equipment used in marble production
