Job Summary
The Joinery QC Inspector will ensure materials and finished joinery products meet approved drawings, specifications, dimensions, finishes, and quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Inspect raw materials, production work, and finished joinery products.
- Check dimensions, workmanship, finishes, and overall quality.
- Ensure products comply with approved shop drawings and specifications.
- Identify and report quality issues and coordinate corrective actions.
- Conduct regular inspections throughout the manufacturing process.
- Prepare and maintain QC inspection reports and quality records.
- Coordinate with production and project teams to resolve quality concerns.
- Ensure joinery works meet required quality standards before delivery to site.
Requirements
- 3–5 years of QC experience in joinery, furniture, or interior fit-out manufacturing.
- Diploma in Engineering, Wood Technology, Quality Management, or a related field.
- Good knowledge of joinery manufacturing and inspection procedures.
