Supervise marble installation works for luxury residential fit-out projects across Dubai.
Manage site operations from measurement through installation while coordinating with the in-house marble factory, project engineers, and clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise marble and natural stone installation activities.
- Plan daily schedules and allocate work to installers and subcontractors.
- Take site measurements and coordinate fabrication with the marble factory.
- Review shop drawings and ensure compliance with approved drawings and specifications.
- Coordinate materials, lifting, tools, and equipment for uninterrupted progress.
- Monitor workmanship, finishing quality, inspections, defects, and rectification.
- Coordinate with project managers, site engineers, procurement, and factory teams.
- Maintain site reports, manpower records, and progress updates.
- Ensure UAE safety and company quality requirements are followed.
- Resolve technical installation issues and deliver projects on schedule.
Required Qualifications
- At least three years of UAE experience as a Marble Supervisor in fit-out or construction.
- Experience supervising marble works for luxury villas, apartments, or high-end residential projects.
- Knowledge of marble types, cutting, polishing, fabrication, installation methods, and finishing details.
- Ability to read construction drawings and take precise site measurements.
- Strong leadership, team management, communication, and coordination abilities.
Preferred Experience
- Experience coordinating with an in-house marble factory is highly preferred.
- Residential interior fit-out, luxury villa, high-end finishing, and custom stone installation experience are advantageous.
- A UAE driving license is preferred.
- Immediate joiners have an advantage.
Compensation and Benefits
- Pay is AED 4,000 to AED 6,000 per month.
- Benefits include company visa, medical insurance, annual leave, and an air ticket according to company policy.

Work Location
- Work is performed in person on residential fit-out sites in Dubai.
