Key Responsibilities
- Prepare detailed cost estimates, material take-offs, and pricing for interior fit-out works.
- Develop complete Bills of Quantities based on drawings, specifications, and site conditions.
- Issue inquiries, evaluate quotations, and prepare tender comparison sheets.
- Monitor project budgets, track expenditures, and forecast cost-to-complete.
- Prepare variation claims, evaluate change orders, and negotiate with clients and consultants.
- Review subcontractor quotations, prepare agreements, and certify payments.
- Prepare monthly valuations, interim payment applications, and final accounts.
- Ensure compliance with contractual terms, project specifications, and commercial obligations.
- Conduct site visits to verify progress, measure works, and validate claims.
- Prepare cost reports, cash flow forecasts, and financial summaries for management.
Pay
- The advertised pay range is AED 2,541.55 to AED 12,280.83 per month.
Work Location
- The role is performed in person.
Requirements
- Familiarity with interior fit-out drawings, specifications, and site conditions is needed to support estimating and BOQ preparation.
