Project Planning and Technical Coordination
- Assist in preparing project schedules, look-ahead plans, and resource allocation.
- Review IFC drawings, shop drawings, and specifications for technical accuracy.
- Coordinate with designers, consultants, and subcontractors to resolve technical issues.
Site Execution and Supervision
- Supervise daily site activities across civil, joinery, gypsum, flooring, and finishing works.
- Ensure execution follows approved drawings, method statements, and QA/QC standards.
- Monitor productivity, workmanship, and adherence to project timelines.
MEP Coordination
- Coordinate electrical, plumbing, HVAC, fire-fighting, and ELV works with interior layouts.
- Review MEP shop drawings and ensure proper integration with finishes.
- Support testing, commissioning, and authority inspections.
Materials and Quality Control
- Prepare material requisitions and follow up with procurement and suppliers.
- Verify material deliveries, quality, and storage, including long-lead item availability.
- Conduct inspections, maintain ITPs and QA/QC records, raise NCRs, and ensure defect closure.
HSE and Progress Reporting
- Enforce safety rules and compliance with project HSE plans.
- Conduct toolbox talks, monitor safe work practices, and coordinate incident corrective actions.
- Prepare daily reports, weekly progress updates, and site diaries covering manpower, materials, progress, delays, and risks.
Stakeholder and Authority Coordination
- Attend site meetings and present technical updates to clients and consultants.
- Manage inspections, approvals, and closure of consultant and client comments.
- Support submissions and inspections with DM, DCD, DEWA, DU/Etisalat, DDA, and Trakhees.
Handover and Close-Out
- Prepare snag lists and ensure timely closure.
- Support testing, commissioning, final inspections, as-built drawings, and handover documentation.
Compensation
- Pay is AED 3,508.56 to AED 11,800.29 per month.
Work Location
- The work location is in person.
Requirements
- Ability to interpret IFC drawings, shop drawings, specifications, and method statements.
- Working knowledge of QA/QC standards, inspection records, ITPs, checklists, and NCR closure.
- Knowledge of HSE requirements and safe work practices on interior fit-out projects.
- Familiarity with UAE authority requirements involving DM, DCD, DEWA, DU/Etisalat, DDA, and Trakhees.
- Ability to support project handover through snag closure, as-built drawings, and handover documentation.
