Project Scheduling and Baseline
- Develop baseline programs using Primavera P6 or MS Project.
- Prepare work breakdown structures, activity sequencing, logic links, milestones, deliverables, and critical paths.
- Coordinate schedule alignment with project management, quantity surveying, procurement, and site teams.
Progress Monitoring and Control
- Track daily and weekly progress and update schedules.
- Prepare look-ahead programs and identify potential delays.
- Monitor productivity, resource usage, and site constraints.
- Generate S-curves, histograms, and KPI dashboards.
Resource Planning and Forecasting
- Forecast manpower, materials, and equipment requirements.
- Coordinate with procurement on long-lead items.
- Align resource allocation with project timelines and propose corrective actions for shortages.
Technical and MEP Coordination
- Review IFC drawings, shop drawings, and BOQs for planning accuracy.
- Identify discrepancies and coordinate RFIs with consultants.
- Integrate civil, joinery, gypsum, flooring, and MEP activities into the master schedule.
- Coordinate HVAC, electrical, plumbing, firefighting, and ELV timelines with interior finishing sequences.
Procurement and Materials
- Prepare procurement schedules and follow up with suppliers.
- Track material delivery dates, approvals, and long-lead items.
- Coordinate material availability with site execution plans.
Delay Analysis and Recovery
- Identify delays and analyze root causes.
- Prepare recovery and acceleration plans with project management and site teams.
- Conduct extension-of-time analysis and maintain supporting documentation.
Reporting and Documentation
- Prepare weekly and monthly progress reports for management and clients.
- Maintain logs for risks, constraints, and schedule deviations.
- Present schedule updates during client and consultant meetings.
Authority Compliance and Handover
- Integrate DM, DCD, DEWA, DU/Etisalat, DDA, and Trakhees approval timelines.
- Track inspection dates and approval milestones.
- Prepare snagging schedules, close-out timelines, testing and commissioning plans, and handover documentation.
Compensation
- Pay is AED 4,139.40 to AED 16,262.04 per month.
Workplace
- Work location is in person.

- Ability to develop baseline programs using Primavera P6 or MS Project.
- Ability to prepare detailed work breakdown structures, activity sequencing, logic links, milestones, and critical paths.
- Ability to coordinate schedules across project management, quantity surveying, procurement, and site teams.
- Knowledge of civil, joinery, gypsum, flooring, MEP, and interior finishing activities for integrated scheduling.
- Ability to analyze delays, prepare recovery plans, and conduct extension-of-time analysis.
- Knowledge of UAE authority approval and inspection timelines, including DM, DCD, DEWA, DU/Etisalat, DDA, and Trakhees.
