Project Planning and Initiation
- Define project scope, deliverables, timelines, and resource plans.
- Conduct kickoff meetings and align stakeholders on objectives.
- Review design drawings, BOQs, specifications, and authority requirements.
- Develop detailed project schedules using MS Project or Primavera.
Budgeting and Cost Control
- Prepare and manage project budgets and cost plans.
- Track expenditures, certify subcontractor payments, and manage variations.
- Prevent cost overruns through proactive monitoring and value engineering.
Client and Stakeholder Coordination
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients.
- Conduct progress meetings, presentations, and site walkthroughs.
- Manage expectations, resolve concerns, and maintain stakeholder relationships.
Site Execution and Supervision
- Oversee daily site activities across civil, joinery, gypsum, flooring, MEP, and finishing works.
- Ensure compliance with drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
- Conduct site inspections and enforce HSE regulations.
MEP Coordination
- Coordinate HVAC, electrical, plumbing, fire-fighting, and ELV works.
- Review shop drawings, material submittals, and method statements.
- Ensure MEP works align with interior layouts and authority approvals.
Procurement and Materials
- Oversee procurement of materials, finishes, and long-lead items.
- Ensure timely delivery and compliance with specifications.
- Negotiate with suppliers and vendors for favorable commercial terms.
Risk Management
- Identify risks related to design, resources, and site conditions.
- Implement mitigation plans and adjust schedules when required.
- Resolve technical, contractual, and coordination issues promptly.
Compensation
- Pay range: AED 5,459.37 to AED 23,565.84 per month.
Workplace
- Work location is in person.
Requirements
- Proficiency in developing detailed project schedules using MS Project or Primavera.
- Ability to review design drawings, BOQs, specifications, and authority requirements.
- Experience coordinating civil, joinery, gypsum, flooring, MEP, and finishing works.
- Experience coordinating HVAC, electrical, plumbing, fire-fighting, and ELV works.
- Ability to enforce HSE regulations and applicable quality standards on site.
