Role Overview
Target Engineering is seeking an experienced Quantity Surveyor specializing in Electrical and Instrumentation works for EPC project delivery.
The role supports commercial success through quantity measurement, cost management, contract compliance, and commercial support across the project lifecycle.
Projects may include oil and gas, petrochemical, power, industrial, marine, substation, and infrastructure works.
Quantity Take-Offs and Measurement
- Perform detailed quantity take-offs from IFC drawings, specifications, BOQs, MTOs, and contract documents.
- Measure power and control cables, fiber optic systems, cable trays, conduits, grounding, lighting, switchgear, transformers, substations, telecom systems, and field instruments.
- Maintain quantity tracking registers and measurement records and support BOQ preparation and validation.
Cost and Progress Management
- Monitor project costs against approved budgets and cost baselines, prepare forecasts, analyze variances, and recommend corrective measures.
- Measure completed E&I works for monthly valuations, client billing, subcontractor payments, and payment applications.
