Role Overview
Quantity Surveyor E&I role supporting oil and gas projects.
The position is located in Ruwais, Abu Dhabi, UAE.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or diploma in electrical engineering or a related field.
- 5–7 years of experience as an E&I Quantity Surveyor in oil and gas projects.
- ADNOC project experience is preferred.
- Strong experience with BOQ preparation and review, MTOs, and quantity take-offs.
- Experience with client billing, interim payment applications, subcontractor payments, and measurements.
- Experience with variations, claims, cost control, and commercial reporting.
- Good knowledge of E&I drawings, specifications, contract administration, and ADNOC standards.
- Proficiency in MS Office, especially MS Excel.
- Good English communication and coordination skills.
- Candidates currently available in the UAE are preferred.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and verify E&I quantities from drawings, BOQs, and site measurements.
- Prepare MTOs, quantity take-offs, and cost estimates.
- Manage client billing and subcontractor payment documentation.
- Monitor project quantities and costs against approved budgets.
- Evaluate variations, additional works, and claims.
- Coordinate with engineering, construction, procurement, and commercial teams.
