Role Overview
Manage and control project costs for industrial construction projects at subcontractor level.
Support effective budget control, cost forecasting, productivity monitoring, and project profitability using company manpower, equipment, materials, and resources.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain project budgets, cost codes, and Cost Breakdown Structures.
- Monitor actual, committed, and forecast costs against approved budgets.
- Prepare monthly cost reports, CTC reports, cash-flow forecasts, and variance analysis.
- Monitor manpower, manhours, equipment, materials, subcontractors, and project overhead costs.
- Analyze manpower productivity, equipment utilization, material consumption, and cost per unit of production.
- Coordinate with Planning, Commercial, Procurement, Finance, Construction, and HR teams on cost reporting.
- Monitor project changes, variations, claims, and potential cost exposures.
- Identify cost overruns and productivity issues early and recommend corrective actions.
- Support project management with resource optimization and cost reduction.
