Job Description
- Desired Skills: Specialized in Post Contract Cost Consultancy services, ideal candidate will have experience in mid/large scale residential, commercial, hospitality projects.
Responsibilities
- Experience in working within a team of professionals delivering post contract cost management and consultancy.
- Assist Senior Quantity Surveyors in measurement, assessment and agreement of variations, payment certificates, final account, cost reporting.
- Adheres to quality control requirements and ensures all procedures are complied with.
- Assist in benchmarking, data collection, internal reporting.
- Ability to assist in the production and delivery of a variety of deliverables across all Funder Advisory services.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Quantity Surveying, Engineering or other Construction related field.
- Chartered RICS Membership (MRICS) or working towards APC
- 4 5 years post graduate experience
- 2 3 years in the Middle East
