Experience

4 - 5 years of GCC experience, preferably in the UAE.

Minimum Education

Bachelor's Degree Civil Engineering.

PlanSwift Software (or similar), Advanced MS Office, AutoCAD.

Job Summary

We are seeking a qualified and detail-oriented Quantity Surveyor to join our contracting team.

The ideal candidate should have 4–5 years of GCC experience, preferably in the UAE construction industry, with strong knowledge of quantity surveying, cost control, project invoicing, variations, and claims management.

The candidate should be proficient in quantity take-offs and project cost monitoring.

· Post-Contract & Quantity Surveying

· Prepare quantity take-offs from drawings and project specifications.

· Develop Bill of Materials (BOM) and cost estimates.

· Analyze drawings and contract documents for project requirements.

· Monitor project costs and maintain cost reports.

· Prepare, evaluate, and negotiate variation orders.

· Prepare contractual claims, extensions of time (EOT), and supporting documentation.

· Verify subcontractor measurements, valuations, and payment certificates.

· Monitor project budgets and identify cost-saving opportunities.

· Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

· Track project expenditures against approved budgets.

· Coordinate with site team and procurement team regarding commercial matters.

· Maintain accurate records of project costs, variations, and claims.

· Reporting & Documentation

· Prepare commercial reports and cost analyses.

· Support management with project profitability assessments and forecasting.
