Quantity Surveyor - Orange

Tasks and responsibilities include but are not limited to

• Prepare and coordinate first-principles estimates (direct and indirect costs)
• Support the end-to-end bid process — from pricing and methodology to risk assessments,
• Tender reviews, and submission.
• Produce clear, accurate, and high-quality tender documentation and presentations.
• Build relationships with subcontractors and suppliers to ensure competitive pricing.
• Contribute to continuous improvement.

Your skills and experience

• A bachelor’s degree or higher qualification in Quantity Surveying.
• Be competent in the provision of all construction cost management services.
• Superior English verbal and written communication skills including report writing
• Have QS experience in Australia. A minimum of 12 months relevant work experience.
• Have good communication skills, presentation and high professional standards.
• Have good organisational and time management skills with a flexible work attitude to meet
• deadlines.
• Be analytical, meticulous and have good attention to detail.
