Lead Engineer Software

Design, implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines to support software build, testing, deployment, and release processes.

Automate software delivery workflows to improve deployment speed, consistency, reliability, and scalability.

Support source code management, branching strategies, version control standards, and release governance processes.

Drive automation initiatives across development, testing, deployment, and operational environments.

Continuously improve software delivery efficiency through process optimization and tooling enhancements.

Deploy, configure, manage, and support AWS cloud infrastructure environments.

Manage Kubernetes (EKS) clusters and containerized application deployments.

Implement Infrastructure as Code (IaC) solutions using Terraform, AWS CDK, and CloudFormation.

Ensure cloud environments meet availability, scalability, security, performance, and reliability requirements.

Support cloud resource provisioning, cost optimization, capacity planning, and operational governance activities.

Manage backup, disaster recovery, patch management, and infrastructure lifecycle activities.

Support cloud operational governance and platform modernization initiatives.

Integrate security controls and automated checks into CI/CD pipelines.

Support DevSecOps and secure software delivery initiatives.

Perform application, infrastructure, and container security scanning activities.

Collaborate with development teams to identify, prioritize, and remediate security vulnerabilities.

Implement IAM, secrets management, and security best practices across cloud environments.

Support security reviews, risk assessments, and vulnerability remediation programs.

Contribute to Secure Software Development Lifecycle (SSDLC) initiatives.

Implement and maintain monitoring, logging, alerting, and observability solutions.

Monitor cloud infrastructure, applications, and services to ensure operational continuity and service reliability.

Support incident management, root cause analysis, service restoration, and problem management activities.

Drive platform reliability improvements through automation, monitoring, and performance optimization.

Develop and maintain operational documentation, runbooks, and support procedures.

Participate in production support and critical issue resolution activities.

Support release planning, deployment coordination, and production rollout activities.

Ensure smooth promotion of software across development, testing, staging, and production environments.

Participate in release readiness reviews and post-release support activities.

Collaborate with software development and QA teams to resolve deployment and release challenges.

Drive continuous improvements in release quality, deployment automation, and operational stability.

Provide technical guidance and mentoring support to junior engineers and project team members.

Promote adoption of DevOps, DevSecOps, cloud operations, and automation best practices.

Contribute to architecture discussions, design reviews, and operational improvement initiatives.
