Role Overview
Every accurate construction estimate starts with a precise Bill of Quantities — and that's your domain. You'll take finished architectural and structural drawings and translate them into detailed, reliable BOQs that give our clients (and our internal pricing) an honest picture of material and cost requirements. This role is central to trust: a wrong BOQ costs a client real money down the line, so we need someone meticulous, methodical, and unwilling to cut corners on accuracy.
