What you'll do day to day
Support data entry, documentation, and CRM hygiene across departments
Assist with vendor and partner coordination, including tracking payments and records
Help manage scheduling, reporting, and administrative tasks for the founder and team leads
Maintain and update internal SOPs and our knowledge base as processes evolve
Support HR with onboarding logistics for new hires
Take on ad hoc projects and research tasks as the business needs arise
Spot and flag process inefficiencies you notice along the way
What you need (must-have)
- Bachelor's degree (any stream)
- Strong working knowledge of spreadsheets and comfort learning new software/CRM tools quickly
- Highly organized with excellent attention to detail
- Proactive, resourceful, and comfortable with variety and ambiguity in a fast-moving startup
Nice to have
Prior internship or work experience in an administrative or operations capacity
Basic familiarity with CRM or project management tools
An interest in eventually specializing into People, Finance, or Customer Success
Compensation & benefits
- CTC: ₹15,000–20,000/month (₹1.8L–2.4L/year), based on experience
- Company laptop provided
- 12 CL/SL/year + festival holidays + weekly offs
- 90-day probation, 6-monthly formal appraisals with clear increment bands, Annual hikes
