Role Overview
The Quality Specialist will monitor operational quality, ensure compliance with company procedures, identify improvement opportunities, and support initiatives that enhance customer satisfaction and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor and evaluate operational processes against quality standards and company procedures.
- Conduct quality reviews and internal audits to identify improvement areas.
- Analyze operational performance, identify process gaps, and recommend corrective actions.
- Track quality KPIs and prepare periodic quality reports.
- Investigate service-quality customer complaints and coordinate resolutions.
- Monitor corrective and preventive actions and assess their effectiveness.
- Support quality management process development and continuous improvement.
- Maintain quality documentation, procedures, and records accurately.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Quality Management, Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, or a related field.
- At least 2 years of experience in Quality Assurance, Quality Control, Compliance, or Process Improvement.
- Strong understanding of Quality Management Systems and continuous improvement methodologies.
- Experience conducting internal audits and analyzing operational performance is preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Fluency in Arabic and English is required.
