Role Overview
Mina Excellence is seeking a proactive and customer-focused Collections Specialist to join its Customer Success team.
The role manages customer accounts, follows up on outstanding invoices, supports timely collections, and contributes to cash flow objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Follow up with customers to ensure timely payment of outstanding invoices.
- Contact customers by phone, email, and other communication channels regarding overdue accounts.
- Update payment status and collection activities accurately in company systems.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly collection reports.
- Coordinate with Quality and Customer Success teams to resolve payment issues.
- Handle overdue accounts professionally while maintaining positive customer relationships.
- Escalate unresolved or high-risk accounts according to company procedures.
- Ensure compliance with collection policies, financial governance, and Service Level Agreements.
- Maintain accurate records of collection activities and customer communications.
- Improve collection processes and enhance operational efficiency.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
- At least two years of experience in Collections, Accounts Receivable, or Customer Service.
- Experience using ERP, CRM, or financial management systems.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office applications.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Fluency in Arabic and English.
- Strong relationship-building, analytical, problem-solving, and organizational abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple customer accounts, prioritize tasks, work under pressure, and meet deadlines.
