Responsibilities
- Conduct inspections and surveillance activities of maintenance operations and associated documentation
- Perform spot checks of maintenance activities, maintenance records, and technical documentation
- Review work packages, task cards, technical records, and supporting documentation for completeness and compliance
- Review Certificates of Conformity (COC), material certificates, and traceability documentation as assigned
- Verify compliance with company procedures and approved maintenance practices
- Support investigations related to quality findings and non conformities
- Follow up assigned corrective actions and provide status updates
- Assist in maintaining quality records and compliance documentation
- Support customer quality activities and inspections when required
- Coordinate with Maintenance, Planning, Logistics, and Engineering departments regarding quality related matters
- Maintain inspection records and quality documentation
- Perform other quality related duties assigned by the Compliance Monitoring & Safety Manager
Requirements
- Higher Diploma/bachelor's degree in a relevant technical or aviation related field
- 3 to 5 years of experience is a must
- Experience within an EASA Part 145 environment is preferred
- Experience in aviation quality, compliance monitoring, technical records, or maintenance documentation
- Excellent communication in English
- Strong understanding of aviation regulations and compliance requirements
- Good organizational and time management skills

Experience
