- Manage all administrative assignments in a timely manner
- Keep track of all tools and arrange order in proper storage
- Record all sending and receiving items entry in AADMIS
- Maintain calibration status for all tools and test equipment
- Replenish/purchase office supplies and manage them accordingly
- Prepare and modify documents including correspondence, reports, drafts, memos and emails
- Handle import and export shipments
- Facilitate shipping of products from one destination to another
- Arrange transportation and orchestrate deliveries to meet customer demand
- Receive products and coordinate deliveries
- Prepare loads for shipment
- Follow safety and quality requirements at all times
Requirements
- Diploma/Higher Diploma/bachelor's degree in related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience is recommended
- Excellent communication in English
- Being orderly is a must
- Good organizational and time management skills
- Ability to understand and follow relevant documentation and other regulations
- UAE driving license
- Approved in a security vetting in accordance to ISO:27001+

Your role
- We are looking for a Logistics Technician to join our logistics team.
- The successful candidate will be responsible for efficiently handling tools, goods and materials in our warehouse and tool shop.
- This position requires attention to details and the ability to handle multiple job responsibilities, set priorities and to work with cross functional teams, customers and suppliers as necessary.
Responsibilities
- Manage all the administrative assignments in a timely manner.
- Keep track of all tools and to arrange with order in a proper storage.
- All sending and receiving items entry should be done in AADMIS.
- Keep up the calibration status for all tools and test equipment.
- Replenish / purchase office supplies and manage them accordingly if needed.

Experience
- Diploma/Higher Diploma/bachelor's degree in related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience is recommended.
Required skills
- Excellent communication in English.
- Being orderly is a must.
- Good organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to understand and follow relevant documentation and other regulations is a must.
- UAE driving license.
Desired skills
- AADMIS knowledge is a merit.
- Experience from the aviation field.
