- Manage and maintain hard copy and electronic technical publications to ensure current approved documentation is available to personnel
- Process, distribute and implement revisions to technical publications and associated documentation
- Ensure digital platforms and devices contain the latest approved technical publications and manuals
- Support maintenance activities through the preparation and provision of technical documentation, job cards and associated maintenance data
- Ensure maintenance documentation is prepared and referenced in accordance with applicable technical publications and approved data
- Maintain records related to technical publications and support compliance with applicable procedures, customer requirements, and regulatory requirements
- Monitor and maintain the availability of current revisions and approved technical documentation across the organization
- Support audits, inspections and compliance activities related to technical publications and documentation control
- Coordinate with relevant departments regarding technical publication updates and documentation requirements
- Provide administrative and operational support within the CAMO department as required
- Support other CAMO activities and departmental tasks as assigned by management
Requirements
- Higher Diploma/bachelor's degree in a relevant technical or aviation related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience within the aviation industry
- Experience working with technical publications, maintenance, CAMO or other aviation support environments
- Excellent communication in English
- Attention to detail and a quality focused mindset
- Good computer skills and experience with Microsoft Office applications
- Ability to work in a structured manner and manage multiple tasks

The Role
