- Bachelor Degree in Electrical Engineering or Mechanical Engineering
- 6 to 10 years of work experience
- Experience with Quality Management Systems
- Knowledge of Quality Metrics and Policy

Job Purpose
- Ensures production of high quality goods by overseeing quality control processes throughout manufacturing.
Key Accountability Areas
- Establish, improve, and monitor AED standards by inspecting samples during production or finished products.
- Elaborate, document, and implement procedures for recording, evaluating, and reporting quality data.
- Utilize statistical data techniques to monitor AED performance.
- Investigate customer concerns about quality and report proposed changes.
- Facilitate development of QHSE policies and collaborate with purchasing on supplier quality requirements.
- Lead internal initiatives to ensure understanding of quality importance and work towards ISO certification.
Academic Qualification and Experience
- Bachelor Degree in Electrical Engineering or Mechanical Engineering
- 6 to 10 Years work experience
