Responsibilities
- Conduct quality inspections and audits of electrical installations to ensure compliance with approved specifications and standards
- Review installation procedures, method statements, and execution practices to identify gaps and improvement opportunities
- Verify compliance with electrical codes, safety standards, and regulatory requirements
- Monitor workmanship quality during installation, testing, and commissioning activities
- Raise non conformance reports (NCRs) and track corrective and preventive actions
- Provide technical feedback, recommendations, and best practices for installation quality
- Prepare detailed inspection reports and submit findings to senior management
- Support continuous improvement of quality control processes
- Ensure compliance with ISO 9001 quality management systems
- Ensure adherence to Health, Safety, and Environmental standards
- Perform other quality related duties as assigned
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Quality Management, or related discipline
- Minimum 13+ years of experience in quality assurance for electrical installations
- ISO 9001 Lead Auditor certification (CQI/IRCA or equivalent)
- Certification in electrical installation inspection and testing (BS 7671 / IEC standards or equivalent)
- Strong attention to detail and quality control expertise
- Excellent reporting, documentation, and analytical skills
- Strong communication and coordination skills
- Strong English communication skills (Arabic is a plus)

What We’re Looking For
