Key Responsibilities
- Monitor and ensure compliance with quality management systems and industry standards.
- Plan, lead, and conduct quality assurance audits; track findings and corrective actions.
- Coordinate with Safety, Production, Quality, and Supply teams to ensure mission effectiveness and compliance.
- Communicate quality program updates and audit results to leadership, including Program Manager and COR.
- Analyze quality trends, maintenance conditions, and audit data; provide monthly reporting.
- Support and maintain airworthiness standards across aviation maintenance operations.
- Provide backup quality control inspections for UH-60, AH-64, and CH-47 aircraft at AVUM/AVIM levels.
- Ensure proper documentation and reporting of quality-related activities.
Minimum Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Must meet all requirements for Quality Control Specialist (as applicable).
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in quality assurance, including:
- Experience with quality management systems or compliance with industry standards.
- At least 2 years of supervisory experience.
- At least 1 year of experience planning and leading quality assurance audits within the last 15 years.
- Strong communication skills (oral and written).
- Fluent in English.
